NOD Aircraft D Concept (COMMAND & CONQUER)

This is my concept for a NOD Aircraft. The design was a jet fighter/helicopter hybrid. I wanted a unique silhouette to distinguish it from GDI aircraft. The P-38 Lightning provided inspiration for the double tail boom. Earlier versions did not include wings to emphasize the helicopter aspects of the design. I was a bit concerned that the design was becoming too Scrin-like in overall shape, so I added back the wings to make it look like something that was manufactured on Earth.
This version did not make it into the game. I believe the basic design was re-used in a later expansion pack and named the "Cobra". The design was changed around a bit and modeled by someone else.
