Here are some unused concepts for the GDI Harvester. The Harvester is designed to scoop Tiberium from the front. The glowing green windows atop the harvesters would help indicate load capacity to the player.
The Harvester No. 2 design was partially influenced by Steve Burg's version of the Harvester for the cancelled "Tiberium" game.
My concept for the NOD Harvester did make it into the game. To differentiate between the two factions, I designed the NOD Harvester to gather Tiberium crystals from the rear with small, creepy, insect-like appendages.
